I ordered 3 philiy cheesesteak sandwiches. Before they started the last sandwich I asked them to switch the bread on the last one... they didn't even start makingthat one yet. The boy at the grill with the freckles and breads said to the girl collecting the orders " no they're on the bread. I replied with ok they're all done. To which the lady (young girl with top puff) collecting orders said " They're all made already". He then proceeded to the register with just 2 sandwiches in hand. He then, at last minute, realized he didn't even make the 3rd sandwich. I then said I thought all 3 sandwiches were made. He then turned to the lady collecting orders( who seemed to be getting a kick out of the whole situation) ( i guess he realized he messed up) and said ooh ok I'll change the last one. The whole time he kept looking my way funny but I thought nothing of it. As soon as I got home and looked at the sandwich it was saggy on one side filled with ketchup and the other filled with mayo... Don't go to this Jersey Mikes it's been like this for a while...Horrible Customer Service, nasty attitudes with poor manners. MAYBE one or two new people but the general staff have been there for a while. I'm pretty sure the owners know whats going on as I've seen the reviews for this...
Read moreThe major problem at this location is the service here. It's bad. Especially when busy, it seems to be always understaffed. I ordered a Big Kahuna cheesesteak at 2:54 P.M. EST on a Wednesday for in store pick up, didn't receive my food and requested a refund at 3:45 P.M. EST. And the kicker? When I requested the refund, the manager came up to the register, saw my ticket on the line, then went back to the grill area to grab my sandwich that was apparently done but wrapped and just sitting there for who knows how long, and tried to actually give it to me. Unreal, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I stood firm on the refund. You're not going to serve me some lukewarm sandwich that's been laying on your counter because you forgot to give it to me, the customer.
I've been to this specific location several times, and I see why, compared to other Jersey Mike's locations, this one in particular has such a low rating. I love Jersey Mike's, but I'll be avoiding this particular store location...

I AM A LOYAL REGULAR CUSTOMER TO THIS LOCATION. ORDERED THROUGH APP SO ITS EASIER. When I received my delivery I was totally confused, so I reread the receipt. NO. I WAS RIGHT WHAT I ORDERED. They didn't add it. I called the store to talk to manager, no manager there today. OK. SO I EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO THE UNEDUCATED SANDWICH MAKER WHO LAUGHED AT ME ON THE PHONE, LIKE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER. GOT WHOMEVER WAS WORKING TOO LAUGH AS WELL. THIS HOW YOU ACT TOWARDS ANY CUSTOMER? SO I TOLD HIM I CALL THE MANAGER AND HE LAUDED AND HUNG UP. KNOWING THIS OWNER HAS OTHER LOCATIONS, I CALLED ATLANTIC AVE LOCATION, AND MANAGER WAS THERE AND ASSISTED ME WITH THE MANAGER INFORMATION. LET HIM A MESSAGE. WITH HOPES OF RETURN CALL AT HIS CONVENIENCE. TIME WILL TELL.
