I usually go to this KFC, there is usually not a problem however my last visit which was to get a special that they have on Tuesday was not good the food was good however the weight was intense I spent close to an hour waiting on them to fill my order they said 20 minutes when I came in so I sat down and waited then when I went to ask them because I seen food being handed out through the drive through they said I had to wait another 20 minutes because they needed more chicken definition of frying they were a few people came in after me and left before me the order was not the same as mine however I did notice some large orders being sent out through the drive through a while after I gave me another words if I did not get up Aspen about my food I would have been probably waiting there another 40 minutes to an hour that's the main problem I had. My brother who was with me did notice that the chicken was not pressure cooked fried they had a open fryer and in frying the chicken I guess to catch up and they loaded to fryer up to the point where the person had to keep stirring it I'm not sure if that's how all KFC's cooked in chicken now or any still pressure cook them but that was just something that was noted. Like I said in the beginning I usually do not have any problems with this KFC perhaps it was because the normal manager that was usually on when we came in to order in the past was not working that day and it was a different stuff I don't know if they were new or if I just come happen to come in on their shift but they seem to have dropped the ball maybe they were just having a bad day I will not let this discourage me from going there in the future I am just describing what happened bonded day. Read moreThis is the rudest KFC you will ever visit . Stay away !! The African American lady in the drive thru at night time is really rude !! I pulled up in the drive thru and started looking at the menu outside . As I was ordering I asked ,” Do you have any diet sodas ?” … The African American lady literally yelled at me ,” Can’t you see what we have on the board ? Only Diet Pepsi .” … She then rushed my order and would not let me order the sauces . When I started ordering the sauce she YELLED ,” It doesn’t come with the sauce!!” … I replied ,” That’s why I am separately ordering the sauces here . I want the kfc sauce and the ranch sauce please .” She gave a disgusting rude attitude on the order microphone. When I reached the drive thru window to pick up she let a guy give me my order but she herself did not come to the window . I tried calling the management of this place but no one answered the phone . Nobody ever yells at me like this . This is the worst customer service I have ever seen . I have also ready several other negative reviews about this lady and this place . If you want to stay functioning as a restaurant please get rid of this rude lady and all your rude staff . I hate to say that because I truly believe that anybody with a job is important but the amount of times that I have been screwed by this and many other KFC locations for their lack of taking orders properly whether from going to the drive-thru myself and especially ordering through Uber Eats it’s infuriating. But then they want me to do them a favor and back up and drive back pass the window to make it look like they provided fast service. The level of incompetence that I have experienced from the KFC workers that take the same orders daily. I’m not asking KFC to make me Chinese food I’m asking for the items that they sell on the menu that they provide and still receive the wrong thing. It’s not only ridiculous, but should be deemed a fireable offense. As many KFC commercials that I see on TV it makes me sick to my stomach to think that they can still promote and create new products to serve, but never serve them properly.
