Are you home at 2:00 pm? This store thinks you should be home when they want to make the delivery!!! Interesting fact, the owner wasn't home. I was in the hospital with my husband who had a massive heart attack when I received a call from this establishment. They had a delivery of strawberries. Since I was in the hospital caring for my husband and none of my neighbors were home, they asked to just leave them. Of course I said no bc of the cats and squirrels around. I told them I would be home between 5:30 and 7:30 pm or tomorrow until 10:00 am. I was then informed that if they come back either tonight or tomorrow I would be charged for another delivery!!! Really!!! I then had to spend time on the phone calling 1-800- flowers to report this situation and track down who was kind enough to send this to me during such stressful times. PS it is now 7:30 pm and they are a no show!! I would never order anything from this establishment or recommend them to anyone. In my opinion, they have no empathy or compassion for their customers. How about this as a business practice: call the customer before you send out the delivery instead of waiting until he is almost there. Use common sense!! Most people are NOT home in the middle...

HIGHLY recommend Teddy's Catering for your future events! We were recommended to Teddy's by Kristen who has used Teddy's for every family event. We were hosting an engagement party in our backyard and loved the many options of catering provided by Teddy's.

It was so easy to inquire and book over the phone with Teddy's and we stayed in constant contact with Debbie who was so kind and easy to work with. She was easy to communicate with leading up to the event and event gave suggestions when we wanted to add appetizers.

Teddy's dropped off their supplies two days before the event and the staff were timely and professional. Everyone LOVED the food and are excited to book with Teddy's in the future. The cook and the staff were great and went above and beyond for our event. We are thankful Teddy's was a part of our day and cannot wait to recommend Teddy's to all...

Update: we just had another party and used them for rentals and food; absolutely recommend them 100%! Debbie is great with communication on planning, the rentals were delivered and set up well, and food was delicious!

We had our first big house party and decided to get Teddy's Kitchen catering - I worked with Debbie on planning - everything was smooth; they delivered the rentals the day before the party, and picked them up the day after - all the food was delicious! Also got the balloon garland from them and they set it up on the spot and looked great. Looking forward to hosting more parties with them in the future...
