It's been more than six months and still no visible pricing or list/menu when asked. It breaks my brain to not know the price of something I'm ordering. I doubt very much I'll ever go back. Zero stars as far as I'm concerned, but I still don't want to lower the rating.

I love this place but I'm increasingly frustrated every time I visit. They've removed pricing from 95% of their store, most employees can't give you pricing, and they won't share a menu or give a straight answer about whether they're ever going to post their prices again. this is my last visit here until they change this unethical practice.
To be clear, I almost never leave negative reviews. I support local businesses, and give all the places I frequent excellent reviews. I'm leaving the 5 stars in the hopes that they resolve this.

Read moreVery disappointed in this place. I called and placed an order. I got 2 sandwiches. One for me and one for a co worker. I order a special off their daily special menu and they had no idea what it was and I had to explain it to them then I also order led a very basic sandwich. I asked how long it woukd be they hung up. I get there about 30 minutes later to pick up my order and the sandwiches weren't even started. The one worker had no idea what the one sandwich special was. So she I guess since she didn't know what the sandwich was she decided not to make it. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Then when I open my sandwich there was no tomato or mayonnaise on my sandwich. I ordered a very basic sandwich that is near impossible to screw up. But who wants to eat a dry sandwich? This place has gone down hill. Use to love it here but the staff and quality of food...
Read moreManagement really needs to be more selective in their hiring process. One bad employee can really affect your business. We got charged DOUBLE for our bagels and when my friend complained the teenage girl ringing him up told him to relax... after being charged double the amount. Rather than argue with her he just paid and then called from home asking to speak to a manager. He was told “the manager is busy and not able to speak until tomorrow” and then “the manager isn’t here. He said he’s a devoted customer, comes in at least once a week and if he doesn’t get to speak with someone he won’t be coming back. She replied “OK, that’s fine” and hung up on him. I’m so sad to have to write this review because I used to love coming to this place and had fond memories of going with my grandma. We love the owners and I hope they take a look at...
