McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I ordered two for $6 Big Mac and asked for the sauce on the side because the burger be cold by time I travel one...yes 1 mile to my home. Fine whatever, I'll just microwave the burgers but I don't want the sauce to melt. The manager gave me so much hassle over me getting two sauces. I'm like I have two burgers why I can't have two sauces? Long story short, I said take your food back and give me my money. The reason I did that is because I asked him how much for an extra sauce? He said 53 cents, and I responded with you acting like that over 53 cents? He said yes I am, so I told him I'll do you one better give me my money back I no longer have an appetite. He said no problem. I told him you'll rather make no money on a sale for $7.50 than give me a 53-cent sauce? He said yep. Rude male drive thur personnel. Not taking ownership when your incorrect is foolish. I felt very disrespected after asked “What else” after each item told over the intercom. This behavior makes me question to whom is making the food that we all ingest into our bodies. Do they too have the same child-like mannerisms.Customers should be treated with a little more respect and courtesy when spending money that supports your own families. Be kind! Smile! 😢 well to start off my experience, I was waiting on line one person in front of me, a young man came from behind counter and took my order at do it yourself counter he was very fast taking order but waiting for the food took 4eva..when I received my order everything looked right didn't have a chance to check the bottom but I was assured everything was there I was rushing cause I had a cab waiting outside..
