Ordered once by phone for pickup, and the customer service was far from rude. One order of chicken wings and fried rice turned into a nightmare. When placing the order, the lady was quite rude and not attentive to taking my order; it was more like I needed her more than she needed my business. Place not kept clean; rude, disrespectful, insultive, and unfriendly workers; overpriced food and dishonest. While there, the very rude and disrespectful female worker charged another customer's credit card $57 instead of $14 for her meal. It could have been a honest mistake but I doubt it as they look at everything so closely especially anything to do with money. The numbers aren't even close or digits the same to say the numbers were switch around. Horrible...

I ordered uber eats last night. The hot and sour soup was too spicy. The garlic wontons had no garlic sauce. The fries with the ribs were asked to put salt and pepper on. They couldn't do it.
