Great hidden away gem in a strip mall. Delicious Mediterranean food. Service is great, and ambience is romantic and chill. The Sambuseh is delicious! Flaky and succulent. The green sauce makes it that much better. Their spinach pie is good - however on our second visit it was kind of greasy, but definitely a good bite of food. The kubideh kebab is a great choice, and excellently priced for it's portion! Literally it can be shared between a party of 3. Learned our lesson after we ordered two portions for just two of us. Plenty of leftovers. The salmon kebab also cooked to perfection! The Turkish coffee is yummy! Onto dessert.. the Persian Ice Cream is just amazing! It's infused with saffron and pistachio!! So delicious! I wish they could make it into a milkshake! Great service and great food! Can't wait to go back!...

I walked into the restaurant with my 6 year old daughter, wife and a friend from Canada to eat food Labor day September 4th 2017 around 2pm. There were only two table occupied with customer and the rest of the hotel was dead. My wife and I wanted to sit near the open window sill with the table next to it to enjoy with view and they said it was for 6 people. I looked around I told but the whole place is empty surely you would not mind if 4 people sat. I mean I can understand if it was buy but on long weekend after after 2pm. Did not catch the name of the manger but he said no. So I started to walk out of the restaurant and the manager's exact word " Are you serious?!". Like he was surprised. To the owner of the restaurant, if you see this please please please take care of your paying customer because of incompetent employees such as this you have lost a business. Food is average. But service could've been better.

Updated review: Second visit: Went there again to give them a try. Unfortunately this time the food and service was worse, so removing one star from previous review. We sat outside this time. Server was a girl she took our order as we ordered combination platter. We asked if we can substitute kubideh with extra barg. She said yes first then she said she have to upcharge. We told her that it's ok we will pay extra. 5 minutes later another guy server came and asked if he can take our order. We told him that we already ordered. Then he said his colleague didn't understand what we ordered 🙄🙄 that's why she sent him to take our order again ( That was insulting). We ordered spinach pie and hummus for appetizers. Spinach pie was oily and the pastry was burnt. Hummus was ok but we asked for extra pita bread for hummus but never got it. In our combo platter the kebabs were not juicy or flavorful.
