I believe they opened Sat 10/7. We went Sun 10/8. I’ve been waiting for them to open for about 2 years so I was excited to try them out. We walked in and the host at the door seated us. I know they are new so I do not want to kill them in the review, but I want to be honest so they can use it as constructive criticism to hopefully help turn this around. It took about 10 mins before a waiter actually came over to us. The place was not busy and was well staffed so this was inexcusable in my opinion. The waiter did not know the flavors of the frozen drink options so I had to walk over and take a look myself. He did give us 2 small taste samples up front to try as we waited to be helped, but he didn’t know the names of the samples he provided. The waiter also was not familiar with the menu options for food choices either. Next we order and it took a long time for the food to come out. In the meantime I saw other people waiting 15 mins or more to before being spoken to, and another couple walk out. When our food came the steak was cold but the potatoes were hot. The waiter never came back to check how the food was, so I didn’t get to mention it. Despite the temperature issue, the food was tasty. I ordered a frozen drink called it’s Brittany b*tch which according to the ingredients should have been very strong. It didn’t even taste like it had alcohol in it. For $15 I was also given a very small glass instead of the goblet it has mentioned on the menu. Finally we just asked for the check and when it came it was wrong. We were charged for 2 $15 frozen drinks, when we only had 1 frozen drink and an $8 beer. Instead of waiting around to have it fixed we just paid it and I advised the waiter to fix it on his end so his tip would be accurate. My advice would be to have better experienced servers in general, maybe offer chips and salsa until your staff is up to speed that way at least the customers do not feel forgotten about as they wait to be serviced. I will give it a month or so and try them again! I’m rooting for you!!!

This is a new restaurant. They have sit-down and take-out service. The taco selections were great. The menu was a la carte so we were charged separately for each item we ordered. The tacos were almost $7 each. My thai-chili shrimp taco was small and only held 2 shrimp; my fried avocado ( pictured) had a good-sized wedge. My husband had the buffalo cauliflower which was small too. My husband and I each got 2 tacos plus tostones and fries a glass of water and a cup of tea which came to a little over $40. The fries were hot and seasoned well. The decor is bright and fun. I liked the restaurant concept. The food took a long time to arrive even though it was not crowded and the waitress...she forgot to put in half our order and we waited even more. It was hard to get her attention to get the check while she chatted with the guy putting ice in the machine. They need to step up their service training (although her demeanor was appropriately apologetic). We still tipped because we think waiters don't get paid enough. Overall okay but it has potential so maybe we'll go back when they've established and tweaked their operation.

The experience was horrible. There was no server to attend to my partner and I for over half an hour. Appetizers were served with no drinks. The food as you can see included a lack of chicken. The restaurant needs more organization and better service. This is a ONE AND DONE EXPERIENCE. AT your own risk. My partner and I were served after parties of 4 or more who came after us. I had to make eye contact and conversation with the hostess before she realized we weren't attended to for even just drinks at the beginning of visit. Again...come here at your own risk. Service was awful. Eat elsewhere.

My family went to TACO JOES on a weekday this week to celebrate a birthday. We were a big party, and I initially had concerns because while the interior was bright and large there were also few customers present. Overall though our experience was great.

We ordered the Pop Star Nachos along with Chips and Salsa and Jagger's Chicken Dance Wings as apps. The nachos were hands-down the best thing I ate during our visit. The chips were crispy, the guac tasty, the crema gave a nice bite to the meat and cheese on the chips. The wings were advertised as crispy but the skins didn't have any pop, and they tasted like they'd been baked.

We ordered a number of tacos and sides as entrees - general feedback was they all had good flavor. I ordered the Big Time Quesadilla (which my waitress kept pronoucing as "kay-sa-DILL-a, totally threw me off), and it was really tasty. Great filling and substantial for the price.

The sincere friendliness of the manager and our waitress made for positive experience overall. If there was one thing I would recommend it would be additional wait staff training. Our waitress mis-identified a dish as not spicy when it was, was disorganized when it came to getting our drink orders, and after taking our main orders came back to the table to announce that she'd placed all of our orders correctly which - okay? BUT - the food was good, it was a great birthday vibe, would recommend both take out and dine in to this place. They do deserve to have more...

We can’t say enough good things about this restaurant, since they open I could say that my girlfriend and I have been there at-least 12 times to take out and eat in that being said there food is great All the take out options make use of their flavorful ingredients while the eat in Menu expands upon it and gives you a large variety of items which still have a great flavor !! That being said we had to bring ours friends here but that’s when things turned for the worst with our serve MATHEW, who was condescending, non attentive and disregarding our table to the point that we’d order items and he wouldn’t even bring them, rushed us to order and wasn’t really attentive at who order what, Beside that drink orders were talking 15-20mins to come out take in mind it was for group of four and the restaurant wasn’t packed and on top of that food came out cold, burgers full of grease and fries cold, I’d like to believe that this was a one off experience. Since every other time we have come here service has been great majority has been take out but our high expectations were shatter and we were left with a subpar experience. Take in mind we came excited to try the churrio desert option and arrived at 6:30pm & ended up leaving past 8:45. After waiting for so long the excitement dwindled away and we just...
