I been meaning to write a survey. I don’t believe you guys are fair when it comes to bulk buyers buying shoes you guys play favorites when it comes to specific bulk buyers and certain employees cater to specific bulk buyers. It was also brought to my attention that an employee buys shoes for a bulk buyers and they pay her a bit more money. I believe her name is Maggie she is very skinny and has blond short hair. She always caters to them and when it came to me she barely tried to help me, and from my knowledge that goes against employee policy and she should be fired for that. Also I would think a security guard would just stand there and greet everyone come into the store but instead he would help the bulk buyers and let them know ahead of time what the store got. I only know this because it was stated by another bulk buyer while we were waiting outside. Not only that but management is horrible as another bulk buyer stated manager rob also notifies them on what the store is marking down. Which doesn’t surprise me other than that my experience when coming to the store was horrible. The store clearly does not care about customer’s. management and employees just care about making budget. The only thing that is good about the store is the people at the register they were very helpful and nice they confirmed that this was an everyday thing and that I should post a review about my experience. Truly I hope this store changes some of its staff and start taking care of everyone that comes into the store because if not this store is going to lose business and I will also be contacting the head of this store about the information that was giving to me about the employees here because other staff seem to know that the blonde employee is buying shoes (heat) for bulk buyers and other employees confirmed also that manager rob and security guard cater to the other...
Read moreThe Nike Factory Store in Oceanside is a good spot to find quality athletic gear at discounted prices. The store has a wide selection of shoes, clothing, and accessories for men, women, and kids, making it a great one-stop-shop if you’re looking to update your workout wardrobe. The deals can be pretty good, especially on clearance items, so it’s worth taking the time to hunt for the best discounts.
The store layout is clean and organized, which makes it easy to browse through different sections. The shoe wall is particularly impressive, with a variety of styles and sizes, from running shoes to casual sneakers. There are also plenty of options for activewear, including jackets, leggings, and sports bras, all at lower prices than regular retail.
The staff is friendly and helpful, generally attentive without being too pushy. They’re available if you need help finding a specific size or style and offer good advice if you’re unsure about what to choose. The checkout process is usually quick, even during busier times, as the staff keeps the lines moving efficiently.
One downside is that, like many outlet stores, the inventory can be hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll find a great selection in your size, while other times it might be more limited. Also, the store can get crowded, especially on weekends, making it a bit challenging to navigate through the aisles.
Overall, the Nike Factory Store in Oceanside is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and looking for some good deals on Nike gear. While the selection may vary, the potential savings and friendly service make it a solid option for bargain hunters and sports...
Read moreUsually this is my go to store for Nike gear because of the customer service but today I had a really horrible experience and it was with the manager. I went in to make a return and was in the process of doing so with the register person but she called the manager to ask her a question. The manager came out didn’t listen to the question and proceeded with the return, took the item and started to walk away. As she walked away I was trying to tell her that I no longer had services with the bank I made the purchase with, I was trying to tell her that I would keep the item because I knew I didn’t have that bank anymore. She rudely said it was too late and to call the bank and just took the item away and said there’s nothing she could do for me and now I am unable to get my money back. A rude manager is not good for business. Now I have to wait 2weeks to even see if there’s a chance to get my 200...
