I’ve had wonderful experiences every time I’ve been at Ritz Jewelers. The owner is so kind, patient and accommodating. My engagement ring got so dirty from arts and crafts and sensory play with preschoolers. He took extra time and effort to clean it so that it shown like new, and at no charge. I’ve had my ears pieced at the store and bought beautiful earrings from Ritz’s at a very fair price. I’ve also had a beaded bracelet restrung there. There’s always a beautiful selection of new and vintage jewelry for sale. Everyone at the store is so nice and will welcome you to try on pieces, without pressuring you to buy. I’ve always had a wonderful experience at ritz jewelers! My husband bought my gorgeous engagement ring there, so when the time came to buy my wedding ring I knew I was going there! I had an idea of what I wanted, so I went in to try it on. I loved the ring but couldn’t commit just yet! I went back a few more times to try more options and they were never pushy! They let me try on as many options as I wanted and never pressured me into buying it! I finally went back today to make my purchase! The woman there were so sweet and helpful! I am very lucky to have found such a high quality and trustworthy jeweler. I always drive by Ritz Jewelers but I had never been inside. One day I stopped by to get the battery changed on my watch when I noticed the Name Necklace they had on display. I had been looking for this type of necklace for months both online and other local stores but I wasn’t satisfied with the quality and the script. I placed my order and when I received it, it was much more beautiful and bigger than I had expected. I am posting a picture but it does not do it any justice. It is so sparkly and heavy.
