I ordered on the app. I went to Wendy's 10 minutes later after ordering. When I got there there was a young lady at the window. She asked for $16.53. I told her I am the mobile app. She turned around and asked for the mobile app. She was told it was not ready. She asked me if I could move up and wait. I said "No problem, can you please add a sweet and sour sauce". She didn't make eye contact while I was asking the question nor did she respond. She continued looking at her screen which was to the right of her. Thinking she didn't hear me, I repeated it. " Hi can I have a sweet and sour sauce, I forgot to add it when I ordered on the app. ". She now turned and made eye contact and quickly snapped, "I heard you Now can you pull up." I was shocked at the unnecessary tone curtness. I responded by simply asking for her name. She looked at me and said, "I don't have to tell you my name" and again demand that I move up. I told her I'm not comfortable moving up and I will wait here. She slammed the plexiglass window.I searched her uniform top for a name tag. There was not one. Hopefully management in this establishment will look at the picture that I posted. Keep in mind she slam the window after telling me that she doesn't have to give me her name and demanding I move up. So the photo is through the plastic. Hopefully management will recognize her or at least know who was working the window at 8: 40 PM Thursday March 9th 2023 and take appropriate corrective action as there are many other culinary choices available in the area, ...
Read moreMan,I never met a Wendy’s worker so miserable like this one. From the minute I got there around 12:16 she was doing nothing but rushing me and speaking before I can finish my sentence. I don’t know why there was a rush because there was no line behind me and all I was trying to do is figure out what everybody wanted to eat. I took 2 minute to ask and she just kept on rushing me when I started . now, when I get to the window, I see a young lady possibly Hispanic with black frame glasses. She doesn’t greet me and when I ask if I can add something to my order because she kept on rushing me she cut me off and says that I have to go around again .I understand if there’s rules that the staff have to follow, but she was completely unprofessional, and very nasty with us about it. to the point where I just drove off and didn’t pay for anything because I couldn’t finish my sentence. This is not right.There should be no reason why I can’t just order my food with nobody rushing me and being rude and miserable. I gave her no reason to be upset and she was very nasty.But I didn’t be nasty back. I just drove off. Read moreJust like any other Wendy's, no one speaks English, making it impossible to order. When the order is incorrect, they're EXTREMELY rude about it. The lobby is disgusting. Employees will see you at the counter waiting to order and will ignore you while talking to other employees or playing on their phones. The bathrooms are disgusting, seeming to have never been cleaned. I have gone to the bathroom after an employee has walked out, and there wasn't even soap to use. Quite frankly, I don't understand how the health department hasn't intervened. Hopefully, they will soon.
P.S. I have done work at Wendy's in the kitchen (not as a Wendy's employee), the kitchens are even more filthy than the lobby and bathrooms combined. Also, having done work here, I can tell you that a lot of the 5 star reviews are from employees and managers.I don't recommend this Wendy's...
