I recently visited Cherry Valley and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The customer service left much to be desired; the person who took my order over the phone was not only unhelpful but also seemed slightly rude, which set a negative tone for my visit. When I finally received my food, I was shocked at the quality given the price. The French toast was simply toasted sliced bread with a light dusting of powdered sugar, no egg or cinnamon—not at all what I expected. Additionally, the bacon was undercooked, which was a stark contrast to what I remembered from my previous visits. Since the change of ownership, it seems that the quality of food has declined significantly. I had high hopes for my meal, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return. I hope they can address these issues and improve both their service and food quality in the future.

Needed to eat something bad for my body but good for my soul. Cherry Valley was the closest place that came to mind. This place is good for a number of reasons. 1 they have a tiny parking lot which makes things way more convenient. 2 they have very friendly staff. Lastly, they have pretty tasty fat sandwiches that are a great "once in a while" treat. So for lunch my friend and I ordered 2 fat sandwiches. I ordered the Bullet hero which is chicken cutlet, bacon, pepperjack cheese, fries and "cherry valley" sauce. It was very good. My friend got the Coyote hero which was chicken cutlet, bacon, mozzarella cheese waffle fries and ranch. I wouldn't make coming here for fat sandwiches a habit but if you treat yourself well you gotta give yourself a day to cheat too. all it was a nice treat but its not an every day kind of lunch spot.

For $14.50, how dare you push this product out and think that no one will let others know. Pastrami Hero with onions and tomatoes mayo... no tomatoes when he wven repeated the order back. This place is way too comfortable knowing people come in this establishment throughout the day and night. The, need new training and getting back to the satisfying hefty sandwiches they use to make that was $8-10 bucks. Its highway robbery. You want a great sandwich that will fill you up and save the rest for later, go to 7th street gourmet in Garden City. Late night, you better off going to get gas station food, 7-Eleven, or even white castle. Don't waste time and/or money in this place anymore... Real Spiel!!! SN: Chicken Cutlet is not freshly made, it's from the freezer and dumped in the fryer... Gourmet makes fresh chicken everyday...👀👀⬅️

This was the1st time i've ever been here. Oddly I've been passing it for YEARS as it is right next to The Dollar Tree and Saver'S Thrift Store, 2 stores im obsessed w going 2. My friend told our Uber Driver they had really good food especially Hot Italian Hero's so when we finished shopping we HAD to come here (I was then craving a Chicken Parmagiana Hero). My friend was 100% correct (and I'm VERY PICKY W Chicken Cutlets. They cannot be thick whatsoever!!) Not only was the Chicken Parmigiana Hero AMAZINGLY GOOD (this Is a Delicious with 3 tables N chairs) but they played the BEST MUSIC EVER (in my opinion!! I LOVE Emo/Rock/Hardcore Music and I barely know many people who listen to the same Bands I LOVE let alone this cute Deli or Store of any kind). The food was AMAZING, Store is Spotless w a LARGE VARIETY of Everything including there extensive Menu, the prices were GREAT, plus they deliver, and the MUSIC just tipped it all off!! OK, this is my Favorite Deli and I will DEFINALEY be going there ALOT now as well as recommending N bragging about it to EVERYONE!! Service was GREAT, food was ready quickly and I give it 10 STARS (not 5, but 10 STARS!!).. OH, AND.. I'm in Love with Fanta Soda (Because it isn't coke or Pepsi but its Fruity flavors. Some of the flavors I've only seen in White Castle but NEVER even in the Supermarket!!) THEY also had ALOT of FLAVORS so they DEFINATLEY get 10 STARS.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK and NEVER CHANGE THE MUSIC STYLE YOU GUYS PLAY!! Everything put together made me a Customer for Life.. See...

If you're looking for a local sandwich spot that could your entire family including extended, you've come to the right place. The plethora of sandwiches they offer is truly amazing. If you're just a person who likes to keep things by just ordering tuna salad on a roll, then you'll find it here. However, if you're a more adventurous type and craving a hero loaded with chicken cutlet, waffles fries, bacon, and mozzarella then smothered in gravy, then you'll find it here. Cherry Valley offers pretty much any combination of a sandwich you can think of. Most of the time there is usually not much of a wait, but if you come here late nigh on Friday or Saturday, be prepared to deal with the late night crowd coming from the bars. Personally, I recommend trying the Coyote or Corona as these two are my go-to's. If you're ever craving a sandwich with imagination, then come to...
