Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

I go to this Dunkin 5+ times a week and normally the service and the drinks are excellent. In fact I come to this location because they usually make my favorite drink, the strawberry refresher, better than most other local Dunkins. Yesterday evening I went to the drive thru to order and the voice over the com was a very tired sounding and muffled "what do you need?" No greeting, barely understood his words. Not the best way to address a customer. So I order my drink, and the guy doesn't tell me the price or to move up. I hear the com going on and off a few times, and hear some muttering. After about 1 minute of sitting there I ask "am I all set to move forward?" He comes back on and mumbles something else...I think he was asking if I wanted anything else. I said I just wanted the drink and he said "ok pull up". I pull up and hand him my card. I pay and he says my drink will be right out. I watch him proceed to make the drink. He makes the drink totally different, effectively he fills the cup up with ice, put about 80% green tea in, then put a splash of strawberry on top, didn't even fill the cup all the way up, it was maybe 85% full. Hands me the wrong size straw with it that doesn't reach the bottom of the cup. I don't complain and just say thanks and he says nothing. The drink basically just tasted like watered down unsweetened tea. Was very dissapointing. If you have new staff you need to train them how to speak on the drive thru and make the drinks correctly. Rudeness aside, If I got a drink like this again I'd probably stop going to this location...

As soon as I walked in this Dunkin Donuts my day was instantly improved when the nice woman at the counter talk to me for a few minutes before I wash my Dunkin mug out and ordered my breakfast and coffee.

The service and the food as well as the comfort of this Dunkin Donuts is 100% up to par with every other Dunkin Donuts I go to and they gave me some ice water and another glass of water as well when I was dehydrated. They say America runs on Dunkin and I believe it they helped me with my day and I was so happy to rehydrate here and grab some breakfast they even did not mind me sitting in their parking lot for a little while while I clean and organized my trunk I drive for a living and a good cup of coffee a nice breakfast and a smile is worth more to me than brake jobs for life, a luxury that I have never been afforded in all of my time delivering food.

I drive passengers now and I have been living in my car only going home to shower and maybe sleep in my bed for a good night's rest and great coffee shops like this who don't mind me having a shave in their bathroom mean the world to me thank you 6 out of 5 stars!!

This place has really gone downhill as far as food quality, accuracy, and speed in the drivethru. A trip to Dunkin can easily take up to 25 minutes. Our orders are rarely correct, and the drinks taste terrible. Also - as of recently I am questioning if they've changed ingredients in some of their creamer and coffee swirls. I end up with an upset stomach and gastrointestinal issues. I wonder if they put in an ingredient that i'm allergic to.

Adding an update - they lost a star and would lose another if I could select 0 stars. My drink was wrong TWICE. Second time I had left the drive thru with re-assurance that my drink was made correctly. I took one sip and had a mouth full of caramel syrup and sugar granules. I had to turn around, fight traffic, and go back to get my drink fixed. The 3rd time the ingredients were right, but still tasted too syrupy. If I go again, my coffee will be black and I will put my own...
