At 2:05PM on 9/30/24, there was a single employee in the shop, which is completely fine and to be expected in a small town. We were just passing through the area for a coffee and the small curly-haired girl sitting at the counter watching Netflix on her laptop did not greet us, dragged herself to her station as if she hated that people walked in, and had a horrible demeanor when we had questions. I’m a café employee myself and I could not imagine regarding any readily paying customer with such an attitude. My partner ordered a mocha, which was poorly made and he said the almond milk tasted spoiled. And when I returned from the restroom (that had no toilet paper), I refused to order my coffee from someone who couldn’t be bothered to at least say hello or hide the fact that they hate their job. Our server was exceptionally helpful and patient in answering all my questions, so I gratefully offered a $10 tip as a token of my...

I hesitantly accepted a cup and was given half of the small cup of runny chocolate ice cream. My friend then ordered the vanilla soft serve and was given half of the small cup of runny vanilla ice cream. The server was also making fresh waffle cones without gloves or washing her hands between ringing up customers, serving ice cream, and touching the cones. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit is placed above the door, dripping water...
