This is a wonderful hardware store. No matter what I have wanted over the years, they have had it. Moreover, even when I don't know what the thing I want is actually called, I can describe it and they'll have it. You simply cannot get this kind of quick, honest, and thoughtful customer service at a big box store. If you live in the area and are driving all the way to the nearest chain hardware, trust me, you're wasting time and money.
