West Point Laundry — Local services in Town of Highlands

If I could give a 0 Star, I would. Please refrain from using their wash and fold services. My fiancé and I were pressed on time a week ago, so we decided to drop off our laundry bags for the wash and fold service. After picking up our bags, we found that 5+ of my Nautica t-shirts and polos were missing. When I brought this to the owner’s attention, they laughed and didn’t even bother to check if they had missed any items from our bags. Nonetheless, the owner did mention that he knew what sizes my shirts were! How would he know the sizes of them? The other gentleman commented that they have an “everyday” problem with this. So I guess I’m not the only one? If you have a problem like this, be more careful!

Please be careful when using their services. It’s just shirts that can be repurchased, but it still bothers to know your things are missing after you work hard...

When I pointed out that there was a problem with the washer draining the detergent to actually wash the clothes the owner went off on me. It was the closest laundromat to the hotel, and we were walking (thru hiking the AppalachianTrail), so they got our business, but the guy running the business was far from helpful or polite.
