I've shopped at this location for 15 years and enjoyed my shopping experience because of your sales clerk Sandy. Unfortunately I don't know her last name but today she advised me this would be her last day. Office bullying should have know place in your company. Everyone doesn't have to get along, but everybody should respect each other. I'm just disappointed because she always made me feel special through the years, and went the extra step to help. Love the clothes and prices @ the Horseheads store! However, every time I’ve gone there Debbie the cashier is extremely rude! I asked the other woman who works there if she is always so rude to customers & she said “oh yeah, we just had two people quit no notice so it’s been a little crazy around here” Well honestly if I had to work with Debbie I would quit too! If she can’t handle her job to the point where she is stuck up & miserable to paying customers maybe she shouldn’t work a customer...

I was welcomed by employees, and was asked to leave my purse behind the counter (for being a mini backpack) They saw how small backpack was and said "oh is that your purse? never mind." So either they assumed I was gonna steal something or they're used to that behavior. I wasn't given an apology about it till walking out the door.
