Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Horseheads

Food is always good but the drive thru messes up the orders all the time! I go on my way to work and half the time am very disappointed with what I have when I open the bag cause it's wrong. Twice in one week got the wrong order. Had an onion bagel instead of a plain which was tolerable, but the worst was yesterday when I was in a rush to work ordered a bagel again and instead of a bagel when I opened the bag I had a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant! I wasn't even able to eat it because I hate bacon and croissants! I also couldn't bring it back to get my money back since my 12.5 hour shift was starting... So just a warning if you go in the morning always check your bags to make sure you have the right food before leaving or you can end up...

Very rude employees (Heather)plus always low in stock!! I went to Dunkin Donuts this morning and I just want my regular Large coffee as always, went in try to order it Heather the cashier told me that they didn't have any large coffee that I needed to order either M or XL I said I would like a large coffee can you please just do a large on a XL cup but just put large coffee size in it. She was very ride and mean and said not I just told you we don't have large coffee and I'm not allowed to do such a thing. It's not fair that because they were out of large cups she make me paid a Xl coffee when all I ordered was a large coffee as always. I'm starting to hate this pace when is not one thing is another thing next time I will go to the one...

For healthcare week our office ordered donuts, bagels, muffins and coffee from the Dunkin on Corning Road. All items were freshly made and delicious. The team loved all of it and were extremely pleased with choosing this Dunkin to order from. We will definitely order in the future. Thank you Cameron Rodabaugh for ensuring our order was freshly made and thank you to your two staff members who helped package everything up this morning. Cameron even called to see how our order was and were we happy with everything. Now that is customer service!! I was very impressed!! What a great experience and a great start to our healthcare week!!
