Previously, we had met with three other designers in the area to upgrade our 30 year old kitchen...Denna was the only one who captured our design intent and gave us exactly what we wanted. Pleasant/professional/knowledgeable. Understood our vision and did not try to talk us into things we did not need or want. Patient with us, answered all questions or concerns. We never felt rushed or forced into any decisions. Excellent suggestions, ideas, and material selections. Excellent communications and immediate response. Extremely detailed oriented. Some of the tiles were damaged in shipping and some had factory defects. Denna went through every piece of tile in every single box to ensure that they were all perfect. That is the kind of service and commitment you can expect from Denna at the Kitchen and Bath Gallery! Every time we visited her gallery, she always stopped what she was doing to assist us. Went in with intention of buying new kitchen countertops. Lady behind the counter couldn’t be bothered. Asked what we were looking for, told her we’re shopping granite and quartz, she pointed to the display in the corner. If we see something we like, let her know. Terrible. Go to Granite Works in Waverly. They show you stone and if you bring measurements, you have a quote right there. They were great and we purchased what we wanted.

Response: Thanks for trying to sugar coat it... we had a quote with us that had drawings and measurements. We said that... you weren't interested. You pointed and sat. If my sales people ignored a customer like that, they wouldn't be my sales...

A great experience working with Denna. We shopped other places but received "big box store" treatment. We knew what we wanted and didn't want. We just couldn't figure out how to put it into the same sq.ft. space. Building on was not an option. We did a complete redo of the kitchen, bath and dining area. The tile shower was the one feature we struggled with, yet Denna came up with a solution for the shower with a solid glass door that swings in and out. Grout that won't need sealing! She figured out how to fit our oversize fridge into the kitchen. The cupboards are amazing. She worked well with our contractors. It all went smooth and we wouldn't change a thing. ...
