I do not understand these Salvadoran workers that work there. They’re very disrespectful have the nerve to point her fingers in my face. The food was cold told me there was No Oreo milk shake because the lady did not put it on the receipt and she did not want to make it she told me they had no milkshake soon as I said, I was calling corporate office. Oh, pull to the front I’ll make it. This store has a level of so much disrespect It’s disgusting someone can get sick from the food not being at proper temperature, I spoke to someone from corporate name, Maureen, I didn’t even want my money back. I just wanted to express how I was treated!! When I talk to Maureen, she convince me to come back to BURGER King by giving me three free meals. She sent me the cards when I went to go use today The worker and the manager started yelling, and acting like some type of animals , this is a shame you could do this in your country this is America. Read moreMy daughter and I had a Uber eats pick up delivery at this burger king. I understand that the current order we were supposed to pick up wasn’t ready yet. We were told to go inside and wait so we did, we placed an order since my daughter was hungry, i went to the bathroom and she paid with my card. The transaction showed up on my app which showed the transaction went through! They had the audacity to argue back stating my card didn’t go through. Another customer with their child watching the whole thing even looked at my phone to verify what we said! They refused to give us the food or refused to show proof it was declined. It wasn’t worth arguing with other ppl watching… i was so angry that i left… I called the bank, they also confirmed that the transaction did go through and they should of given me the food. Paid for 4 cheeseburgers but discovered when we got home only was given 2. Got drink wrong as well. For some reason indicated for me not to move up to the window when there was no one in front of me, confusing those behind me as well. Found out this is to cheat the system, they have a timer and are if they do this it tricks the metrics. One time was asked to pull into the parking lot and they would bring me the order. This is apparently to make it appear they are serving faster as you pull through the drive through window as if you were served. If problems are not correctly recorded how will they ever be fixed?
