So this was seriously the worst food service/customer service experience I’ve had, maybe ever. This Saturday morning 6/18/23 I pull through the drive through and I’m immediately confused by their menu which doesn’t quite look like any other Dunkin. I want a wake up wrap and can’t remember which one I like (not listed on the menu) I tell the woman I couldn’t remember which one I like can you tell me what wraps you have? She tells me “ we have a full menu inside” mind you, they’re only like 4 of them I wasn’t asking much, so I was a little taken back but I said no I don’t want to come inside right now can you just tell me what you have? (There’s no one behind me in the drive through it’s a Saturday at 7am) she lets out the most DRAMATIC sigh I can hear her annoyance through the microphone. It was purposeful. I order, pull around to the window she hands me my coffee and my food, not a word, runs my card and another woman hands me back my card and receipt. NO JOKE I’m putting my card back in my bag.. (now, someone else pulls around to the window) the woman tells me (there’s someone behind you) very passive aggressively I’m literally putting my card away.. I felt so pressured to leave I don’t check my food and of course my order is wrong. But this was the first time I think I’ve ever directly said to a service worker that they were extremely rude. I told her “ you know you both have been extremely rude have a nice day) and I pulled off. The entire experience from start to finish was uncomfortable, unpleasant, and just unnecessary. Read moreThis place is terrible now. I can't do the drive in anymore. They don't even talk to you, just throw your food & coffee at you while they talk amongst eachother. The donuts always taste old. And no matter how many times you tell them a tiny bit of butter on the bagel it comes saturated with it on it and half the time.the bagel is burnt. The customer service stinks. There a couple young kids working at the counter inside that are nice and friendly, but that group of women in the drive-thru...
