Went through the worst experience with this place. Ordered DoorDash pick-up through their website. My order was two 24 piece chicken wings; 1 order of Honey BBQ and 1 order of mild buffalo and other dishes. When I went to pick up the food my receipt shows exactly that order. I came home ready to eat and realized it was two orders of Honey BBQ, I called to tell them the mistake and they gave me the most outlandish explanation. They said their computer shows two orders of Honey BBQ. I said im going to go back to show them my receipt. When I arrived, the kid who was manning the cash register said because I ordered through doordash the first ingredient Honey BBQ only shows so they didnt see the mild. I showed him the reciept showing my order which literally says â2x: 24 wings 1: Honey BBQ and 1: mild.â He didnt care and said go through doordash and try to get your money back weâre not going to make you the mild order for you!! After some back and forth I asked to speak to his manager, he had to get him on the phone, when he called and finally connected the first thing he says is âthe doordash guy is here,â I yelled loud enough for his manager to hear me on the phone and said âI am not doordash I am a customer who ordered wings and is looking for you guys to right the mistake!â The manager on the phone heard and instructed him to make the wings. The kid who was working the cash register was rude and very confrontational. He didnt know anything about customer service and just argued with me instead of trying to understand the mistake they made. Hate to say it but he was a 17 year old idiot who didnt understand his own ticketing system, the evidence was put in front of him and instead of reconciling the receipt with the order system, he made preconceived assumptions and made the situation unnecessarily worse. I have been a customer of Lisaâs for more than a decade, and last night placed an order for pickup over the phone. I had used the menu that is on their website for pricing but when I got to the restaurant to pick up my food and pay, I noticed that the prices were different than what was on the menu - when I questioned them about that, they told me they have new prices and it hasnât been changed on the website, this new menu was only available IN STORE (???). I had asked if they would at least honor the prices on the online menu. Apparently this was an obscene question because not only did they ignore me, they kept walking away and looked at me like I had 6 heads. If this is how you conduct business, Iâm ashamed. The wings were also not great - very very crispy and didnât taste fresh at all. Not sure if there has been new management or maybe it was just the employees working last night, but safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be sure to not recommend Lisaâs .    Read moreI wish I could give Buffalo Grille Greenlawn zero stars! My husband and I had a $25 gift certificate and we went to go use it this evening. They would not take the gift certificate. The girl behind the counter says âwe donât take those anymore.â It has no expiration date on the gift certificate. Why is it suddenly not valid becuase they decided to not do gift certificates anymore. They she still honor the ones that are still out there until they phase this out. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager and the girls behind the counter said that the manager is not here. I asked her to call the manager. She called and the manager said they will not honor it. So if you have a gift certificate to buffalo grille it is no longer valid there and you have lost money. Our food was already done and in the bag and I told her I donât want the food if she isnât going to honor the gift certificate. She said ok they are taking a loss on all the food, our business today and have lost all future business from our family. It is really quite sad how bad the customer...
