Mo's Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

Food is very good. Bagels are great. However they are as slow as could be. They need someone to manage the place. If 4 people go in looking to order an egg sandwich and there are 4 people behind the counter taking orders. One by one they will take the orders of the 4 people and the 4 counter workers will all be cooking the individual sandwiches with no one available to take any other orders until they finish cooking. Then going to the cash register one by one to ring up the customer. At times the workers are waiting on line behind each other for the cash register to be free and on it goes. Many times coffee runs out and they need to be asked to make some. No flow , no organization at all. No one in charge. If they weren’t so slow and unorganized I’d give a 5 star rating. The people who work there are friendly and very nice

Fast forward about a year. I stopped going regularly because they are so slow but take a look at their coffee pots. I bet they haven't been cleaned in...

So I went here 2 weeks ago for eggs sandwiches around 10am. The experience was ok. Not bad, a-little slow, tasty though.

This morning I arrived just before 7am for a dozen bagels. I had a place for years I went but I wanted to try this place because it’s a few minutes closer to home. The dozen bagels were slightly more expensive. The atmosphere was nice and clean. When I asked for bagels to be pre-sliced (as I’ve always done) they told me they had to charge me a service fee! I was the only customer at this time. And never has any deli asked for a fee. And when I asked for French toast bagels I was told they were more money too. Though they weren’t label that way. For all those reasons I wouldn’t likely return. I spent more than $5 for the same order I always get elsewhere. And when I got home I found the 7am bagels to be hard and cold!!! On a Saturday!!...

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I've given this bagel store a fair shake, and my last visit will, without question, be my last.

The service is unbelievably bad. Slow, inefficient, and incompetent.

The quality of the product is horrifying. The bagels I ordered were stale. I ordered egg over easy and I got over well. It was supposed to be on a bagel, it was given to me on a roll There was no miscommunication. The person who took the order repeated the order and then made the sandwich himself. It's like he made me whatever he felt like making.

Asked for sliced ham, and what I received was spoiled. It was slimy and smelled. To say I was shocked is an understatement.

All 6 giant coffee pots were empty.

The store was filthy from top to bottom.

You couldn't pay me to go back...
