Twisted Greek — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

Honestly this is hands down the best Greek food I’ve ever had. The staff was welcoming and so beyond nice! The space itself was so bright and clean and decorated so nicely, it’s casual and homey but also cute for a date! The food was so fresh and seasoned so well. We ordered a lamb and beef gyro pita, a chicken gyro pita, the zucchini chips with tzatziki (which were recommended and I’m glad they were), and the spinach pie. Each item was incredible. We had to wait for a fresh spinach pie and let me tell you, it was worth the wait. It was so flavorful and the pastry dough was unreal. The zucchini chips were out of this world, they were thin and crispy and light, not like the usual kinda soggy fried zucchini you get elsewhere and paired with the tzatziki it was a match made in heaven. I love tzatziki and I’m really picky with it and this was the best one I’ve ever had! The chicken and beef and lamb were seasoned and cooked so perfectly, and then to wrap it all up in the pita just took it over the top. I could honestly go on forever about how good it was. Looking forward to making this a regular spot and recommending it...

Oopa... This place is a winner. Clean, friendly, great food. I've been here now a few times and everything ordered is amazing. Everything is homemade. The Greek salad was made with cucumber, tomatoes, olives, peppers and feta... So good... Perfectly seasoned dressing and the tomatoes are actually red! I added shrimp, which were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The spinach pie was the best... Thick, crispy, flaking fillo stuffed with the correct ratio of feta and spinach. I got goosebumps eating this. We also ordered the falafels which were awesome... Crispy, had a little heat that creeped up in a good way... The hummus was tasty served with toasted pita. the French fries that came with the platter were crispy and seasoned... Very tasty. During another visit we tried the pork gyro meat which was off the chart... This place is so good...I will be a regular here for sure. We were treated with a dessert that I can't pronounce but will never forget... Custard with sweetened shredded fillo on the bottom...omg... Just so wrong... It has to be right. I'll be...

We went 2 days ago on a weekend early in the evening with several friends. The food that they actually had was good for the most part. It was a bit strange and disappointing that they had no lemon soup, lemon potatoes and coffee. Some of the pork chunks were very hard, had grizzle and was like chewing on cardboard. The limited menu did not explain many of the dishes. The waiter with tunnel vision, was hopefully having a bad evening as the service was lacking to say the least. The decor was...well let's just say there was none. It was a noisy open room that was not decorated at all and felt like sitting in an industrial warehouse. The small plastic type chairs had the feel of being purchased in a dollar or odd lot type store and were extremely uncomfortable for average sized adults. Like I said, the food was decent for the most part but there are so many better places to go to. Not worth a...
