Post Road Brew House at The Culinary Institute of America — Restaurant in Town of Hyde Park

I have been to 3 of the other restaurants at CIA, and this one just did not live up to the others. We were there for Sunday brunch and the only things we enjoyed were the table share items (pastries[not fantastic], yogurt, granola and fresh fruit). While most of the food was tolerable, the waffles (from the chicken and waffles) were disgusting. I have had better frozen waffles. I recognize that the idea of these restaurants are designed for students to learn, but again having been to other CIA restaurants I expect MUCH better. Not only was the food not enjoyable but to force a gratuity and not give any kind of option wasn't acceptable in this case.
