We were on our way home when and noticed Grounded was open. We were greeted by the owner who was an absolute delight to chat with while our ids were scanned. When we turned the corner we were stunned to be facing a floor to ceiling salt crystal room to help ‘chill’ us out. Completely unexpected and very cool as this is something most places would charge for you to enter. Immediately the other owner greeted us and demonstrated how the product containers can be scanned and the complete description will pop up on a tv above. We appreciated this technology VERY much as we are way over 40 and can no longer read tiny print without our glasses. She walked us over to the counter as we told her what sort of ‘feeling’ we were looking to achieve. We were directed to the perfect products and are more than satisfied with the recommendations.
