Uncle Danny's — Restaurant in Town of Irondequoit

Ordered triple crown ($9.99 I believe) and asked to substitute corned beef hash for bacon because I don't eat pork, (since they have no turkey or beef alternative like other restaurants.) Waitress said she would put it in and upcharge for it. I said ok. Instead, I was charged for a full order of pancakes ($7.99) which I had to saw through with my knife, and they didn't even taste good , and eggs with corned beef hash $9.99. They also charged $1 for a 3rd eggthat I could've done without. I never agreed to this. 3 others in my party ordered a side of corned beef hash in addition to their omelets. Waitress said each should be around $3. They charged $7.99 each for HASH ONLY. The steak used in the omelets seems like frozen sandwich steak. My daughter said the spinach used in hers tasted and looked like frozen collard greens. She requested avocado on the side for her omelet. They cooked it into the omelet after being specifically told by the waitress that it was supposed to be on the side, and charged $2 extra for "miscellaneous food." Mary (who I assume is a lead or manager) showed no care when I brought these things to her attention. All she said was she'll "have a talk with (the waitress) to tell her not to guess at prices. Mary also stated that she was the one that rang our order into the system this way, not our waitress. I don't mind spending good money on good food, but this food was not good at all, and the customer service was very lacking. It seems like they only care to please their regulars. I will never frequent this restaurant again, and will tell everyone I know about my experience. I only wish I could give zero stars...

what a mistake never again. When I entered there was a sign that said please wait to be seated, after 10 minutes I had to go look for someone and was told to sit anywhere. Instead of being waited on right away I had to wait even though I was the only customer at 8:30 in the morning I ordered the customer favorite breakfast special, when I was servied the coffee tasted iike instant decafe I had to ask 3 times for ketchup for the home fries I was brought a small cup. I had to ask for more napkins as there was none on the table and had to ask for some salt and peper and was brought 3 small paper packets each. the butter on the toast tasted like margarine which was on par because the home fries tasted funny too. I had to ask 3 times for a coffee refill as the waitress never came around to ask if everyting was alright or to automaticly come to my table to ask if I needed more coffee. she was quick to bring my bill and when I went to pay it again I had to wait and finally went and found her. Bottom line the service was poor as the food was subpar and expensive for the quality. Remember I was the only customer at the time. adendum:

This was my 2nd time here and it was not like the first time. Same server and she was not as tenative at all to me this time around, but was to everyone else. I noticed that everyone was asked to be refilled, I had to asked each time.

I skipped breakfast and decided to try a Turkey Bacon Club on wheat bread w/Mayo on the side. There were almost no bacon on it!!! The turkey was so dry and had a weird, not so fresh taste to it. When asked about the bacon, since a (TBLT usually come with lots more bacon), she said only 1 or 2pcs came on it and xtra would be 3.99! 2 of the pieces had no bacon. I said not thanks. After about 5 or so minutes, she showed up with 1 slice, which I kinda lost taste, because I found blonde/white colored hair on my sandwich after reaching for the 2nd culb piece🤮. I didn't report it, because I didn't want to be labled as a problem customer...

Anyways, because of feeling like I was intruding, I probably won't be back.
