We recently had Central American deli Cater part of our son's birthday party, I WISH WE HAD THEM CATER THE ENTIRE PARTY! The food was PHENOMENAL, Beyond amazing, delicious, FRESH, abundant, so well seasoned and presented! The owner also was AMAZING TO WORK WITH, he gave us a generous written quote in minutes. I cannot recommend them enough! He will customize your dishes however you like. I am looking forward to throwing another event and having their food grace our tummies and hearts again! We ordered full trays of Arroz con Gandulez, Fried Fish, Pernil (pork shoulder) & Potato Salad, my mouth is watering just writing this post!
