El Nopal Deli — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Never had a good experience here since day one, awful customer service they act like they're doing you a favor. The last straw was today they gave me the wrong food and over charged me I call up and they tell me they're going to reimburse me $1 dollar for the difference of what my food actually costs which doesn't help my situation now with the wrong food beyond that they didn't want to help they told me it was my fault please take my words seriously...

Worst experience ever!! I frequently visit this location but today was a huge eye opener, their pupusas are not the greatest but it’s so close to home so I go for convenience, today I was given pupusas that were not cooked, they were pale white and tasted horrible. I called but not for fresh ones to be made, or refund, I called to given them heads up, no apology, no thank you for letting me know, no offer to go for new ones!! ...

I was in the mood for pupusas today for my family and was disappointed. We got the order home and found the pupusas doughy and undercooked. On top of that the curtido came in tiny little bags and was orangish. the usual spot we go to the curtido is a little crunchy and only white from the mayo. i was hoping to make this my new pupusa spot but sadly i will...
