I spent a whole bunch of money thinking I’m buying something new. the box was ripped but he assured me it was new then I bring it home it doesn’t come with batteries. He says I have to pay for that. So I go back because I live relatively close. I get batteries and it burns out. Go back he fixes it. But I can already see the merchandise he sold me was faulty and stuff was missing out the box. I asked the owner for an exchange or refund. He tells me it’s not possible then proceeds to point to a sign that says that. I told him I can’t get a refund and i was sold a faulty product he proceeds to fix it and say I don’t sell broken stuff. I go home hoping that I won’t have any problems but of course when I go to sleep I look at my G320 and it’s not charging or turning on. I left it and it turns on and shows all batteries are at zero and says low battery. I plug the charger in for an hour it stayed at zero percent. Until it fully shutdown. I can’t even turn it on anymore. Don’t buy here if you want something you can guaranteed give back if it doesn’t work. Go online and you’ll get a warrantee and, everything that’s suppose to be in the box. Now I have to go back and see what’s wrong with it again. The customer service is really bad . they dont make you feel welcome and they always give u a hard time . the women look like they always high . i brought my family and they didnt feel comfortable at all . last time im shopping there . they need to stop selling to underage to ive seen my sibling go there and buy stuff even when hes 16 years old. This is place is awesome! I stopped by here on my break and wanted to check it out. They were so friendly and helpful! I'm not from Suffolk county but I would definitely take a drive out there. I walked in and was greeted and asked if I need assistant. I was just browsing but they told me "if you have any questions feel free to ask".
