Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Ok first off I want to start off by saying I am not the kind of person to ever EVER leave a review.I’m giving this a one star because zero is not an option... But after the service I had here I can not even describe my experience at this point. This dunkin is the one with a drive through this close to where I reside. I went here tonight although there’s snow on the ground thinking that I’d be enjoying a nice brown sugar oatmilk latte and a chocolate doughnut. Instead I got served a bunch of attitude and rudeness. The service was horrendous who ever the manger is who is hiring needs to reevaluate their choices. I got the hardest doughnut ever. So hard I could though it at my fiancé’s head and knock him out. The coffee I ordered was not even picture worthy... super watery. ASIDE FROM THAT when we were getting ready to pull out of the drive through we were waiting until it was safe to turn as we also had our child in the car so in the meantime I tried to run in and re polite and ask for another FRESH doughnut and the workers ganged up on me and screamed at me and told me I was Hysterical and to leave because my car was in the way. All I did was turn around and walk away. I have never felt so insulted to be and can’t believe America runs on dunkin at this point . Hope...

Beyond disappointed! This is NOT my first disappointment at the location. I thought to try this Dunkin’ one more time. The first time they gave me someone else’s order needles to add the unfriendliness treatment and unprofessional behavior and today I ordered a dozen donuts I asked ANNA the cashier to please give my variety it was like I had asked her for the opposite. I now check my order before leaving and I did! What a dissatisfaction, I checked in front of her and I showed her the box and said I asked for variety she rolled her eyes and walked away as she was swapping the donuts she was throwing them back into the shelf the one too many! Nasty wasn’t the word, beyond! She charged me and walked away almost ignoring me so I asked her for a manager and her co-worker that was in the drive-thru said “there’s no one here for you to speak to so just get out of here!! No supervisor/manager? She made me question why did I come here again. There are so many other businesses that’s would love my business. They have no clue as to what...

IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES DO NOT GO HERE! cinnamon was added to the top whipped cream of my drink. Since I have an allergy to cinnamon, my husband told the man at the window PLEASE REMAKE THE DRINK SHE HAS A CINNAMON ALLERGY. They handed back the same drink with the whipped cream with cinnamon taken off the top then replaced it with new whipped cream. PURE LAZINESS and it’s DANGEROUS. Went back in and asked for a refund- said they can’t do refunds because there isn’t a manager there. I said they can actually remake the drink and I’ll take it. This time all the put in the drink was caramel and milk… no coffee…. Take the time to go to another franchise. Clearly these employees aren’t trained properly or they don’t...
