Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Islip

I littearly waited 30 minutes for my food because the dessert i ordered wasn't ready and instead of communicating to me that it wasn't ready and that I could wait or I could substitute for something else, they just went ahead and told me nothing and made me wait for it... while waiting their was absolutely no management their that was helping or doing any type of help to the new hire that was so very painfully obvious if not very slow person at the counter.... not only that but the floors and things needed in the lobby are not stocked up or anything, I had to ask for a lid and straw, not even napkins are stocked up but I don't care for napkins. The floors are dirty despite their being a person that was cleaning the lobby apparently, and the machine for drinks were you fill up Is not very good. The fruit punch comes out as water, one of the covers for the drinks is taken off, they need to fix that machine... the workers need to have better training, cause when I came to finally get my food I was brushed off for the waiting time, like it's no big deal to make someone wait 30 minutes for food at a fast food place especially since it wasnt busy and they don't even have a drive through smh.... it got me really angry on how this place is being run, like no type of care in the world on how it is or what it looks like and the workers their reflect that Same sentiment of not giving a care in the world... I can wait patiently for food, I can wait on line for things, but honestly 30 minutes of being their waiting for my food to be ready and no line, not very busy, and no drive through, is crazy to me and then for workers to just act like it's normal thing to do and no manager their in sight is...

Alright, this was an OK place. Definitely have eaten at better Popeyes, like the one in bay shore, but it’s passable. The cashier there, a nice guy whose name was y something, worked quick to make my order right when he placed the chicken sandwiches as classic and not spicy. But I have a bone to pick with some lady behind the counter. Just completely ruining the experience. This lady, who I assume is the manager, is SO loud it’s not even funny. So much so, the couple groups of people would go quiet from how loud she talks. It’s like, she chooses to speak that way, in a tone that makes her seem so demanding and aggressive, and in my opinion should be replaced. Full of crap to talk about everyone and everything too, maybe even about her own employees. Towering over the poor guy and basically doing his job for him… felt bad for the dude but it...

I would love to give this a zero but when I got into Popeyes I was waiting for this guy with short hair chubby to ring my order I was standing for 10min for him to ring me up and he ring me up with an attitude I order about 9:21pm in the mean time me waiting for my food they yelling at eachother and the Spanish lady with black hair say bad words to other employees and yelling talking bad customers thinking I didn’t understand Spanish with I understood all of it I don’t understand why their isn’t any professional management in this place it the worst place. But I order my food at 9:21pm I got my order at 10:10pm wow not even a steak take that much time. This place isn’t getting further with what happening with the type of service they running and they all kids working their with an order women that isn’t acting...
