Red Fox Farm — Attraction in Town of Islip

I was so happy to find this organic & biodynamic farm located on the property of The Sisters of St Joseph school. The farm does operate as a CSA, but if you're passing through the area like I was, feel free to give them a call to see what produce is available. I was able to pick up the most delicious radishes, baby lettuce, arugula, and spring rapini (broccoli raab). The flavor and quality of all the produce was so delicious!
