Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Islip

I ordered a dinner Box from these people today Through phone. And the only thing I asked for not to cut my pizza and I explained very clearly that I don’t want any bacon or Pork touching my food, so I would not like it to be cut. They told me to be there in 30 minutes I’m and they Give me a box with cut pizza in it. Then the person that I spoke to told me that he’s going to fix it and he takes fully As I did explain to him on the phone that my religion doesn’t allow me to eat, or even say pork So he’s like Wait, I’ll have them make the pizza again. They made it again this time they put bacon inside. My pizza did not cut it so I brought it home. My receipt does not have any bacon mentioned in it and then also they put it in my order. I waited double the time and got an order Disrespected my Religion on my belief. Unknowingly I brought this thing into my house. I’m quite upset didn’t get to eat. My whole family didn’t get to eat after the situation.

And this is not the first time this is happening with this location. They always mess up my order But at least they did not put bacon in my order before. But this time I’m just done. PLEASE DON’T ORDER HERE ever.

I called these people back and then they’re like just come back to the store and will prepare another order for you. I don’t think they realize that I waited Double the amount of time Politely.

I feel very disrespected and This place is never going to be visited by me again.

Someone’s religion and believes should not be taken as a joke Specially when it comes to food and they’re trusting you with it.. Please don’t ever order here. This place is the worse They charge you the money and you don’t even eat the food that you get.

If they can’t even listen to a small direction of not putting something into my order, then I don’t know what they are doing with other peoples order!!

I’m very DISAPPOINTED 😢. Tonight my whole family is sleeping Without eating and House for the first time had pork inside it.. Which is not a normal thing..

Just put it in perspective if my family even says pork each one of us has to go take a shower seven times..

And these people put that in my food, after I asked them to not to do it.. And after my order did not have it I’m posting a picture of my receipt that proves that I did not order that and a picture of the box they gave me.

I garbage the whole thing. Thank God, none of of us ate it.

They close at 2 am so 12:30 I made an order online ordered a full flat bread with wings and a drink : picked my food up went home and realized they gave me half of my order I called and a guy kept telling me it’s half in like I didn’t pay for half etc . I called back and they hung up on me twice ! I live five minutes away so I went back in showing the Indian guy with a turban that I paid for a full order and he’s showing me what it popped up as I asked him show me where it says half a order . He typed it in the computer and showed me lmfao like are you joking ?! Like that’s not my fault ! he refused me a refund and said he’ll remake my order . So I said okay . It’s almost 2 am now he had me wait over 45 mins served everyone before me and had me bring the last one out that store waiting on my food . Mind you the first time I opened my flat bread there was nothing but cheese in it no bacon or chicken which is what I ordered . He offered me a free personal pizza like that would make up for the horrible service ?! . I got home and this time again he gave me the same order I returned and spitefully added blue cheese all throughout my flat bread still not one piece of bacon or chicken just cheese and blue cheese in my order 🤢. Made me waste over two hours of my life for this garbage had to toss everything . This was my first time having Pizza Hut i drive by it everyday and I can see why I never went there . Never again. I had to convince my daughter to try them and lmfao well I know now yall made this experience horrible for us both . Horrible service ! Such a shame my first experience with them went like this I’ll just stick to my dominoes from now on . All the food went into the trash I explained to him this order was for my daughter whose a picky eater she just wanted her chicken and bacon but then spitefully adds blue cheese instead of garlic parm sauce ?? I ordered 1 medium cheese pie and 1 medium pepperoni pie around 8:30 pm. the first night I ate the pepperoni pie and it was great. the next day when i got home from work, I went to eat the cheese pie and seen that multiple slices had blonde straight hair within the pizza. i know that it wasn’t mine because my hair is dark and curly, so I took it to the store to show them, but considering that I “didn’t call the same night I bought the pizza” there wasn’t anything that they could do. But how would I call to complain about the issue the night I bought the pizza, if I didn’t see it until the next day when I went to eat the cheese pie for the first time, which was at about 5:00pm. It wasn’t even a full 24 hours that I went back to the store to complain. It was approximately 5:30pm and the manager, Ahmed told me that since it’s “almost 20 hours” since I bought my food, and that he couldn’t do anything about it. and I believe that is very inconsiderate due to the fact that it was one of his employees hair that was cooked within the pizza. And I don’t recall seeing them wearing a hair net, especially the manager, who was definitely not wearing a hair net when I went to the store to complain, which is very unsanitary and disgusting that I’ve received a contaminated pizza pie and in which he did very little to help me or accommodate me, and tried to dismiss the situation. He didn’t even apologize that I found their workers’ hair in my food. i’m very disappointed with my experience and service, and this makes me disgusted and upset because I order from Pizza Hut often, and this has not been my first time finding hair in my food from this location as well.
