Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Islip

6/18. It’s as if this location doesn’t know how to read order ahead. They continuously get orders wrong. I have to go back in almost everytime to have them remake a sandwich. I’d think “no egg” would be an easy ask but alas, this location doesn’t care to look at the customers requests. Management doesn’t do anything either. They are rude to customers and employees alike. At least that’s consistent 🙄

If this location wasn’t on my way to the train everyday I’d avoid it completely but there is no local coffee shop to go to. This place is AWFUL. One Friday they were not open at 5am and I couldn’t get my mobile order. Following week they forgot bacon on my bacon avocado toast. I asked about it and she threw it on. Then the bread wasn’t toasted. She was so mad she then burnt my bacon. Today had to ask for my mobile order after ten minutes. 9/16: updating at this place continually exceeds low expectations. Today for the second time in a week the manager does not follow special instructions (like different milk) and doesn’t even follow standard recipe. She is also rude to the employees. They finally had a really nice man working this morning and she was rude to him over a refund. This location needs a new manager who knows what she’s doing and is nice to customers AND employees

Went in Sunday 3/7 at 7am. Employee sitting on counter without mask fully on. Music was blaring hip hop with a ton of curse words. Employee couldn’t understand me as he had his AirPods in. When they made sandwich they didn’t toast it. Instead they threw it in Oven for 2 seconds. Iced tea tasted like coffee. Employee making food wasn’t wearing mask right either....

Ordered a dozen holiday donuts for an Christmas party at work. Vanilla and Boston cream are not holiday donuts. The manager didn’t want to give me all Christmas donuts even though there were 9 total left of 2 different types of holiday donuts because they didn’t want to have to make anymore, it’s noon. I’ve spent over $300 here to support a new business in the area and because of various birthdays party’s and Christmas party’s but there’s a better Dunkin’ Donuts down the road attached to the gulf gas station.
