Aside from the fact that majority of the staff is rude Doesn’t really bother me because I can hold my own and no one can beat me If given the opportunity. Every single time I order my bacon egg and cheese with salt and pepper no ketchup it always comes with ketchup. I’m not understanding why that is. I’m not sure if they’re illiterate. I’m not sure if they’re doing it spitefully I’m not sure if it’s just auto pilot and they automatically add ketchup. But this is one too many times. I literally say it slowly for them each time loud and clear can I have a bacon egg and cheese On A plain bagel One fried egg, salt, and pepper, and please no ketchup no ketchup please. Every time I drive and I get ready to eat my sandwich there’s ketchup. The thing that sucks is that they actually make good Breakfast sandwiches when they do it correctly and I live minutes away. I just ordered a sandwich and left at 9:50 this morning got home and found ketchup on my sandwich not alittle bit ALOT. Unfortunately this will be my last time and I will continue to spread this to everyone I know. oh and out of all the breakfast places, I know they are most expensive and are portioned with more bacon this place only puts like 1-2...

8/16/24. Well came here after not coming since my last review. Was excited as I noticed it’s a new owner (the last guy was horrible). It was Busy but my order was taken quickly. I asked for an egg white omlette with bacon, cheese, and spinach mixed in. I specifically said mixed in. I also asked for rye toast. Service was ok- not overly friendly- but that was fine. I waited about 10-15 minutes for my order. I got home and what I was served can not be considered an omelette. The egg whites were folded and then the spinach on top with the cheese on top of that. The bacon? Thrown on top of all that. The toast- cinnamon raisin. I got in my car and asked for a refund. The guy who must be the new owner apologized but didn’t really seem sorry. I will again never come here and continue to go to Harry’s on the other end of town

Came here at 6:15 on 3/24 and tried to order an egg sandwich. I was told “griddle doesn’t work” and that’s it. No apology or offer to do anything else. Left empty handed and disappointed and went to...

My First time went to this place was referred by a fellow officer. I asked for Russian dressing which they did not have np. They had 1000 island which may be nuts I never tried. I asked to have alittle in a cup to try it the lady tells me put my hand out an brings the dressing bottle putting it on my hand when everyone else now will be using that. I asked for well done bacon on grille instead of telling me it was closed they put in microwave. So because I stated oh I wanted it on the grille the nasty owner or manager wanted to kick me out the store cause his employee didn't tell me grille was closed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE an obviously unsanitary touching my hand with a dressing bottle.. would not recommend souly based on there attitudes not friendly at all

ANSWER FOR OWNER : Of course you would say that to protect your business but just like other reviews stated same about ur customer service an issues. All bad reviews for you!! Have a good day better deli...
