This particular time a authorities member and a female of black cultural background was in the establishment while I entered this frequently visited establishment. i have never written a review anywhere before but this time i feel like i’d be doing other people wrong by saying nothing. This place has the absolute worst service for online orders i have ever seen . I waited for my order for 2 hours (keep in mind this is a few donuts and a 8 minute drive)I had 3 drivers throughout my order because the wait time was so long they kept canceling. JUST for my order to be canceled because they had removed one of the options i chose off of their online menu. I called this place 5 times over the 2 hours i waited, it just rang until it hung up. In the end i got HALF of my order for my small get together, 2 and a half hours after...

The young workers were not doing their job correctly, I asked for a frozen coffee, and he said that they didn't have it. When I told him how to make it, he had to do it. It felt like he did not want to bother to do it. My order was taken, but the service was not good, and there was no manager on the premises. All 3 workers were making orders and also had problems with another customer. In the meantime, other people were waiting on line not being helped.
