Hot Bagels DeLox — Restaurant in Town of Islip

This place is the most disgusting place that I've ever eaten from in my life from their customer service to their bagels to their food to their refrigerators they're nasty they don't wear masks the bagels are not fully cooked and they taste stale they have a horrible aftertaste the staff have attitudes like it's nobody's business they don't treat people kind at all they don't make it known that they don't take credit cards I've been to this place several times trying to give them chance after chance after chance we work literally 3 minutes walking distance from this place we ordered bagels over the phone we drove to go get the bagel so it took us less than a minute to get there and the bagels were cold we ordered bacon egg and cheese in the bagels were cold the food was cold we had to reheat our food after paying a ATM fee and in their store as well as paying them for the food the most disgusting is place ever...

I don’t usually write reviews, but these bagels deserve every star they can get! It bothered me to see all of the 1 star reviews having to do with masks. If I were a business owner, maybe I would have my workers wear masks just out of comfort for customers and to avoid conflict. However, that’s just me. I think it’s incredibly insulting to assume there is bad management because of these choices. You have no idea their reasons, the place can get extremely hot so wearing the masks could have been a consensus decision based off the staffs comfort. People have their reasons and if you don’t like it, don’t come! But to bash the entire establishment because of their personal decisions regarding a more political debate is embarrassing. it’s bagels!!! and they are goood,...

Several issues with a simple bacon egg and cheese bagel with Salt and pepper.

Egg was not cooked properly. One piece of bacon only. Cheese was not melted and didn’t cover the full sandwich. Salt and Pepper missing.

And to top it all off only the top half of the bagel was cut in half which leaving the bottom half uncut and I had to tear it just so I could have 2 halves.

I ordered 2 of these bagels the same way 18.00 over priced & low quality ingredients.

They did have a line out of the door so either we got the short end of the bagel or they are the only game in town.

Bring me to my next statement if you’re a bagel company owner and you have good quality bagels I think this is a good opportunity for you to open shop...
