Ralphs Italian ices has been around since I can remember. The people are always really nice and let you try the flavors before committing to on. The sizes are bigger than you think. Small is about a fist full. And the medium is about the size of a wendys frostie or mcflurry cup. The large is Def more of a take home or sharing size like a quart. The flavors taste fresh and real. The texture is more soft like real shaved icee then like thick and hard like sorbet or store bought icees. And not overly sweetened or artifical tasting. The only cons, the location itself is a corner stand. You can park in the lot behind Minnie's Mulberry right next to it. They have outside tables but they are dirty from exposure and whoever maintains the trees and plants outside use a fresh fertilizer that smells very very strong. My husband picked me up one a few hrs later and it was very flavorless. I figured a chocolate shake would be the same each time..how hard is it? They need to train their staff on consistency. I think I'm going to change what I order there because I really like...
Read moreI only tried them because Rita’s is closed. Blacks folks don’t go to this location please if you must go to the one in Bayshore. I watched 4 different women ask for more than 4 ingredients....all I asked for is bubble gum, cotton candy and cookie crumbs...all I got is bubble gum and too much cookie crumbs. I will never go back there after spending $10 on ice cream. I love spending my hard earned money in places that treats everyone the same and with the same courtesy and respect. Especially if you are being respectable. But then again it’s #EastIslip what do you expect!!! And it’s sad!! #neveragain...
