Subway — Restaurant in Town of Islip

I visit this establishment 1-2 times a week. That was until today. One employee I can assume is the owner is rude most of the time but it’s on my way to work so I dealt with it. Anyway I tried to redeem my reward points toward a free sub and was told I was not able to. He stated “ you ain’t getting something for free here”. He proceeded to curse at me and my wife even though we wanted to pay for one sub and use points for another. The female employee got in on the action and also hurled insults at us. After about 20 minutes of arguing my subway account got frozen because they scanned my app too many times and we left both subs behind and was told “don’t come back here”. I have never been treated so poorly at any business. I called corporate who fixed my account. I would steer clear of this subway. They don’t treat customers right, don’t accept coupons, and don’t like to participate in the rewards program when it’s time for you to redeem them at their store. There’s a subway on Carlton Ave by Home Depot 3 minutes up the road if you need subway so that’s where I will go...

With three kids I use SUBWAY® several times a week I will never go to this subway again I will go to the one outside of my neighborhood.
