I don't know what all the fuss is about, the pastries are clearly made of already-made applesauce and canned apricots, an almond croissant is about 10$CA and doesn't feel fresh, coffee is below average + smelled like bleach when I came in. Raspberry tarts were very good though, and chocolate cake too. I came across way better French bakeries in many cities. Pleasant staff, though they seemed quite overwhelmed by a little rush.
