Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Kirkland

I reviewed this branch for negatively a year and a half ago. I gave it another chance. I ordered my request 2 1/2 hours ago and when I got there, they didn’t know who I was or anything about my order as I was standing there, all of a sudden it appeared and then I would have to wait another half hour to get the order. These people are not friendly they blamed me And again failed to fill in order. This is not rocket science this is donuts and coffee. This place is beyond anyone’s confidence in any kind of a business worth patronizing. When the half hour was expired, and it was time to call to see if it was ready they simply don’t answer their phones.

They blame me or initially stating I didn’t place the order, then they said I placed it at the wrong Dunkin’ Donuts and then they finally blamed me for not submitting it correctly 2 1/2 hours ago.

Continues to be the worst dunkin around. Ordered my son a door dash from here a couple weeks ago while I was working on his birthday. They forgot his coolata. I called them about it and they said they were sorry but they can't send another driver so just let them know next time we order and they will give us a free one. Today I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese (because if you don't order extra they give it to you with 25% of the bagel having cream cheese EVERYTIME) I got it back on my way to work and it has about 25% of the bagel with cream cheese on it. Edit: Adding to this post 3 weeks later to mention their hot chocolate machine has been broken for almost a month now. Not sure why it's so hard to replace a machine that literally combines chocolate powder and hot water but not surprised...

Gave this location endless chances from 2019-present. There were times I had tea bags in my coffee, issues with food quality/things consistently out of stock, issues with staff maturity, even one time all their staff was there and it was 40 mins into opening with the building dark-- I paid for a pickup order and the "staff" hid out until I gave up and left.

There's rarely a good day here anymore sadly. There are 2 really hard workers (1 male, 1 old lady with glasses) they unfortunately get outshined by the immature ones who constantly are rude or make excuses for why it's terrible. Haven't been back in months, and I've heard it's only gotten worse. Just goto cliffs. They need a new lot design & more decent employees who you can trust not to mess with your paid food before...
