McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Kirkland

I went here on Friday Dec 23rd with my 2 young daughter's. We went inside to eat. The young girl was clearly taken a back and irritated that we had the nerve to not use the drive through. No smile, no greeting at all. She simply stared at me with this annoyed look on her face. I did hello and started to place place my order. She was so miserable I asked if she was OK. She said yeah very snotty. That's when I canceled my order and got my money back. She told me to wait and went in the back. I peeked around into the kitchen ( I was still behind the counter) and she was telling all of her fellow employees and they where all laughing about it. She then saw that I saw her so she came back out to give me my money back. I wanted to let the manager know about this treatment so said like to see management. She said wait. Although the female manager was nice, she never introduced herself as the manager or gave her name. She simply said that she shouldn't have laughed at you and is there anything else I can do for you? She never said it would be taken care of or that she would be spoken to. They were clearly buddies and when I heard the girl tell the girl manager I'd like to see her, her voice was like a tadletale sort of voice. As if I where the problem. She clearly didn't care and they where all around 20 years old so what did I expect? Nothing... So I just left and NEVER go there again. I only hope the franchise owner will see this and review cameras and do...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at the Clinton, NY McDonald's on July 6, 2025 (early afternoon). First off, the young female that waited on me seemed like she didn't want to be there! There was NO "Welcome to McDonald's," nor was there any greeting whatsoever!! She just stared at me until I gave her my order! I ordered a chicken sandwich, as you can tell by the attached photo! She never thanked me, or said anything, besides "there you go!". What does that even mean, "There you go?!". How about, "Thank you sir, Have a nice day!?". Lastly, the chicken, in my chicken sandwich, was OLD, DRY, and way overcooked!! I took two bites and threw the rest out!! I would've complained, but I was in a big hurry!! C'mon Mickey D's!!! A group of us all stopped in to grab coffee on our way en route of running some errands in the morning. All of us are usually fine with coffee, and it never causes issues, and none of us are lactose intolerant. However, within an hour, all of us who stopped to get drinks became violently ill, had diarrhea, and many other abdominal issues. The only thing we had consumed that day was this coffee, and nothing else prior. All of us got food poisoning from this establishment, and whatever you do, don't get their milk or creamers in your drinks! This was the only thing we all had in common to consume, so there definitely was some contamination within their food and...
