For such a beautiful new space, they sure need to be more selective with who they hire. As a local business owner in Lagrangeville, I was astonished last night when I was met with such a “ghetto” awful sounding voice through the drive though. Talking in slang about items they don’t have. I felt like I was on candid camera. Well the same girl then met me at the window, young Madeline, who handed me what was supposed to be a large caramel craze iced latte, with the smallest straw. I asked if he as a large straw, considering the size of the cup, and she replied “oh nope we ain’t got no mow” 😳. So I drove away with my cup and baby straw and took a nice big sip… of black coffee with a splash of milk!? There was no caramel and certainly no craze. And as I drove on the highway, fighting to keep that little straw above sea level, I almost crashed. What an experience that was after doing a double shift, owning two local businesses.
