Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Lancaster

Horrible customer service!! Rushed me out by telling me three times that I was all set. When I asked for a couple of packs of mayo, she gave us only one mayonnaise packet for THREE sandwiches & made it sound like a huge inconvenience because I wanted a BBQ sauce for my chicken. Told me she was gonna have to charge me for it, like it was gonna change my mind. When I told her that was fine, she rolled her eyes as she took my 35¢ for the one sauce, then told me a 4th time that we were all set, so we took our food to go. About 5 minutes after we left and were starting to eat, we realized she forgot THREE other food items that we ordered & paid extra for!! We were already almost on the thruway again, so couldn't turn back around. Unfortunately that caused one person in our car to not be able to eat because the forgotten food was hers.... What gets me is that we were literally the only people in line, so it's not like they were so overwhelmed with orders that they couldn't concentrate on ours. How hard is it to gather some premade food and put it in a bag??? We didn't order anything 'special order' either! Thank God we're not really fast food people, so there's definitely no chance of us ever going back...

Place is absolutely disgusting....One guy that works there is a super hard worker ....He wasn't there today ....So I go inside wait for at least ten minutes .....They forgot my Whopper....so I have most of my order ....was waiting on my specialty Whopper they forgot. Waiting and waiting over ten minutes while my other food gets cold.... Three to 4 people come in get their whole order and leave.... I hear the kid yelling to the back hey what's going on with that Whopper. He's still waiting(referring to me) he said to the girl in the back. The female employee shouts back to him yeah I'm doing that one last. So the one she forgot she's doing last ....So I say something to her and this girl snaps at me like shes on drugs. I left without my Whopper.. I go there once a week with my son ....Never again. I grew up down the street from that Burger King going to the boys club everyday.... I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years geez maybe over 30 years.....Burger King has lost a customer for life. This happened to 12-16-24 those two girls working that day need to be fired ....Red head guy was the only...

Elected to go inside to order...1st mistake.. Person sleeping on the table as I entered. Waited at least 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there even though the sandwich workers could see me standing there. Ordered 2 whopper meals which were advertised at $5.99 each meal when you order 2. Filled my own soda cups from the dirty fountain drink area (which should have told me "no" right then and there). When I got home, I opened the bag to find 2 fries and 1 whopper. Called Burger King which goes to a general complaint center and was told I could get a credit for the future (no thanks, not ever returning there) or go back to pick up the missing sandwich. Went to pick it up even though it was snowing quite heavily, was told "sorry" by the drive thru. How can an order that was 2 of the exact same thing be messed up??? And they're getting $15-$20 per hour??? PLEASE. WHAT IS WRONG WITH...
