update: owner who is super nice called me back, he apologized and offered to replace everything but I declined. I just wanted to replace my breadsticks, and they are locally owned. Businesses are struggling during all this and I know every purchase counts. But that was beyond sweet of him to offer all that. Thus my change in rating. So update Stephen who answered the phone claimed he was a manager was the rudest gentleman I've ever met. 1st he told me could offer me a refund I explained him that be fine but hes like all it'll take 10 business days. That's fine can I just get a replacement for the breadsticks that were complete dough next time I come in, then he starts going on about how I need to dig through my trash and drive 20 minutes to bring it back to him or we don't get anything. I told him I took pictures but I wasn't going to dig through my trash and waste 20 mins driving back in. I'm arguing with him about this of course hes telling me that all I do was go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and I never once said that I'd be fine with getting a different replacement next time I came in. Which was the very 2nd thing I said to him after I told him I didn't need a refund. He was the most insulting, rude horrible person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with at that store. I will be attempting to contact not only corporate but also the owners that I know own the chain in this particular area. That behavior has never been displayed by any other of their employees while I was there, nor when I worked there years ago. I'm guessing because of the pandemic they're desperate for employees and they've decided that customer service no longer matters as long as they have an employee even if he is rude obnoxious and beyond...
   Read moreOrdered my pizza online so I could just grab and go from The pizza portal. When I arrived I noticed the garbage outside was over flowing and the windows and door was filthy! My name was not up on the portal display but I received confirmation that my pizza was ready. I scanned the code anyway. It came up invalid. I saw one man in the restaurant. He was cutting pizzas and was also taking care of customers. He acknowledged me after about 1 minute. "I will be with you soon". 5 minutes later I was still standing there waiting to get the order which was already paid for online. I wanted to walk out but my pizza was already paid for. He came up to give another customer their pizza order. He was in no hurry to help me. He walked away as I was still standing there. I stood there and waited patiently but I was exhausted and wanted to get home! Finally, he acknowledged me. I tell him my name. He pulls my pizza out of the portal and hands it to me. I told him my name was not up on the board and my QR code would not work. No response, no sorry, no thank you for waiting, just looked at me with a blank stare. The pizza was not as good as I remembered it in the past.(with different owners) I will not be going to that Little Caesar's on Transit Road in Depew ever again unless it changes hands and they clean up the outside of the place.    Read moreI was extremely disappointed with the service from Little Caesars yesterday. I ordered online as a coupon I got in the mail suggested to do and then found out that the Little Caesars near me didn't accept coupons. Okay why was there a dress on the coupon then. So I still ordered regardless and I ordered something that I didn't have a coupon for anyway so it actually cost me more money than if I would have been able to get the food that the coupon was good for. That was just a start I got there at the appointed time and much to my dismay my code for their dispensing machine didn't work. So I asked the guy what's with my code it doesn't work? He said oh your orders not ready yet. Okay why not? It will just be a minute or two. A minute or two took 17 more minutes that is total BS. I'm sorry but Little Caesars isn't the greatest Pizza in the world to start with and now that their service totally sucks I can't see going there anymore. For any of you that you go there good luck hope you have better luck than I did. In the future I will probably go to Grasso which offers a 20% discount for veterans, is closer to my house, and has much better food and good chicken wings not those things that Little Caesars call chicken wings.
