Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

This location rocks!! I visit here almost everyday in my travels since it’s located close to home. The employees deserve a lot of recognition for the hard work that goes into customer service. I’m shocked to see some of the naughty reviews listed because I could put my life on it that it’s all in how you place your order. Use your manners and be kind. They are very busy handling multiple tasks with limited space to move around in. I, myself, work in the food industry and let me tell you I have grown to dislike the general public because they lack common sense and have no compassion for others in such a high strung work environment. Anyways I just wanted to throw that out there for the people who truly don’t get it. I could never subject myself to working for Timmys because of how extremely mentally and physically demanding it is. Last but not least my main reason for this review is to the young lady (blondie) who deserves a lot of recognition for being so sweet and honest while placing my order. I came inside to place my order sometime around 4pm today March 7, 2020. I ordered the waffle sandwich, strawberry muffin and chocolate dip. She went out of her way to check for items I was in search for and her sweet positive energy was really appreciated. Would have gave zero stars if possible. Went there and placed an order for French vanilla cappuccino with Carmel. Told the 6 pumps. Came to 4.67. Went back ordered the same thing two days later. Came to 3.36. After asking the Manager about this price difference she stated everyone outs the order in different. It should be put in the same all the time. How many other customers have been overcharged without being aware of this. I was asking for 2 shots of Carmel in the past. But was told 1 shot equals 3 pumps, and everyone was getting this wrong. My receipt showed different Carmel pumps and or shots each time. What a ripoff. How many other times was I overcharged along with others. Other Tim Hortons charged the price that I have gone to. Maybe a few pennies different. The Manager did not seem to even care when I addressed this issue. And as I said she told me "everyone put the order in different". Not right. We can't order food from this location because it is either over cooked, undercooked, old, cold, etc. Now it seems you can't even get your coffee right. They are out of decaf at 7:15am even though they are a coffee place, sometimes the coffee just tastes like dirty water, sometimes it is Luke warm and sometimes it's not what you ordered all together. They also don't have straws or sleeves lots of the time. And, sometimes the drive thru is closed due to staffing shortage! I would like to know who the corporate manager and owner of this location is for this shop at transit and seneca near elma water tower and WHY ARENT THEY DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THIS??? We customers are what keeps you in business and after reading these reviews it seems like you will have less and less as time goes by. Don't you care about your business?
