Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Liberty

Been to the Liberty NY Pizza Hut located on Sullivan Ave many times and even had a few birthday parties here. Tonight, we all went out for a family dinner and by far this is the worst expierence ever. Waited 15 minutes to be seated while watching 1, yes 1 waitress tend to tables while 4 other employees were behind the counter, 1 who looked like the manager was flirting with a female in the corner. Totally unacceptable for a family oriented restaurant. After getting seated, we then waited another 15 minutes before the 1 waitress came to take our order and took another 10 minutes just to get our drinks. There are only 6 tables with customers, 4 of which were here prior to our arrival. What are the other employees actually doing? If the boss is here, he/she should be ashamed and embarrassed. We arrived here at 6:45Pm and it’s now 7:30Pm and all we have accomplished was ordering our food and just receiving our drinks. The place also is not cleaned, empty tables still have previous customers trash, tables are sticky and my wife had to go to the to get paper towels to clean our tables. Now we just received our pizza before our 4 appetizers. 1 waitress still running around tending the tables, sweating and running while other associates are not even out on the floor, walking casually behind the counter, By far the worst expierence I have ever had at Pizza Hut here. I’d like to mention that our Waitress Spring, who is our waitress deserves a Raise and a break. She is the one hustling and busting tending to the tables, she also deserves other employees pay for the today. It’s not her fault she’s the only working and trying to make the best for...

I ordered food on line from Liberty Pizza Hut 20 minutes before I arrived. When I got there my food was ready, packed up nicely and still hot when I made the 20 minute trip home. I went in to pick up my order and saw there was a sign that said no indoor dining. When I paid for my takeout I added a tip and the cashier was very appreciative because the staff is not getting tipped regularly due to there being only take out orders. I am not in any way related to the staff there but I do know that they're all people trying to work and survive in the midst of covid as we all are. I would suggest to anyone who gets take out food from the Liberty Pizza Hut and feel that the staff is providing good service to tip what they want to.Tip only if you feel the service is good, but tip them because they need to survive too, particularly when they're...

Update!; whoever bought this place has done an amazing job bringing the overall experience up to par. The food was fresh, on time, and correct. So happy to have a good pizza hut back!

*This place went down hill fast. I ordered a large 3 topping pizza and it came with 6 pepperoni and even less of the other two toppings. Also, the pizza was definitely removed from the belt early because the cheese wasn't entirely melted. The soda was flat. It definitely wasn't always lacking like this. I had a question about my order coming with a fountain soda vs a 20oz bottle like the deal started and was told "it's in the process of being sold so they don't really care to inquire about the difference" wow!
