While I can understand the appeal of Little Lake, aka large servings, high sugar, and reasonably priced, it just wasn’t for us. We tried some of the muffins and they were good, but very large and very, very sugary. Just too sweet for me. Same with the baklava, which is supposed to be very sweet, but the massive piece just made it too much. The avocado toast is made using Texas Toast, and I’m not even sure it was toasted at all so it was missing that crunchy toast texture. So a lot of food, but missing the good ratio of flavors and textures.
