One word... OUTSTANDING! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was awesome! You order at the bar and the guy who waited on us was the best! He described everything and answered our questions with ease.
We chose the Lakeview Kölsch and the Ancient Oak Stout! Both were great, but as a darker beer lover, the Stout did not disappoint!
For our meals, it was the smash burger and the chicken fingers with their BBQ sauce. Each came with fries, which, for me, made the meals because they were thin and SEASONED... something that just adds to a good French fry! They were so good, they didn't need Ketchup! The chicken fingers were so fresh and smooth... cut and cooked perfectly!
For a building that once housed an old gas station, they have repurposed it into a classy, chic go-to spot that has probably become my new favorite place!
The staff are super friendly and attentive and our bartender even came out and found us just to ask how we liked everything... pure class! The servers were sweet and on the spot! This place is definitely a delightful new addition...

The music sets the tone without overpowering the moment, and the beer—consistently excellent. Whether you're a hophead or just into something crisp and clean, Solitude has a pour that'll hit the spot.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. They remember your face and treat you like you're part of something, not just a customer.
And the aesthetics? Chef's kiss. It’s the kind of place that just feels good to be in—thoughtful design, cozy but open, with a view or a nook for every kind of mood.
Solitude isn’t just a brewery. It’s a vibe, a community, and honestly we will be visiting...

I walked away too swiftly, let price cloud what was true — but now I see I missed a chance to savor something brewed by you.
Regret is just a lesson served cold in a humble glass — next time, I’ll stay a little longer, let first impressions pass.
So here’s to second chances, and hops that spark delight — I’ll be back soon to raise a toast on a warmer, wiser...
